- email address;

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Order Fulfilment
We process contact, delivery, and order data to:
- receive and process orders;
- ship the goods;
- facilitate cash-on-delivery payments;
- provide order and shipping confirmations;
- process returns and refunds; and
- respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing the purchase contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Compliance with Legal Obligations
We process and retain certain business, order, and communication records where necessary to comply with applicable accounting, tax, consumer protection, or product-safety obligations.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Security and Prevention of Misuse
We may process technical data to:
- operate the store securely;
- detect unauthorised access;
- prevent fraud and misuse;
- investigate technical errors; and

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional online store under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Consent-Based Features
Where processing requires your consent, including certain analytics, marketing, or non-essential cookies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
4. Shopify
Our online store is provided through the Shopify platform.
Shopify processes personal data where necessary to provide the store, technically process orders, maintain security, store data, and make store functions available.
Data may be processed by companies within the Shopify group and by service providers acting on Shopify's behalf. Further information is available in Shopify's Privacy Policy:
https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
5. Payment Data and Cash on Delivery
Our store offers cash payment upon delivery, also referred to as cash on delivery or COD.
We do not collect credit-card details during checkout and do not offer payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer as a checkout payment method unless such a payment method is expressly displayed at checkout.
To complete a cash-on-delivery order, the necessary order, contact, delivery, and collection information may be shared with the appointed logistics or delivery provider.
6. Bank Details for Refunds
Because cash-on-delivery payments are made in cash, refunds normally cannot be issued through the same payment method. Where expressly agreed, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
For this purpose, we may process:
- the account holder's name;
- IBAN or other account details required for the transfer;
- order number;
- refund amount; and
- information concerning the reason for the refund.
These data are used only to process the refund, document the transaction, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Only provide bank details through the method communicated by us for the relevant return. Do not send complete bank details or identity documents unsolicited in your first email.
7. Shipping and Logistics Providers
To process and deliver orders, we may share necessary information with PFC Royal Logistics and participating international or German delivery partners.
The information shared may include:
- recipient's name;
- delivery address;
- telephone number or email address;
- order and parcel number;
- the amount to be collected for a cash-on-delivery order; and
- necessary customs and shipping information.
The information is shared only to the extent necessary to perform the contract and deliver the order.
8. Customer Service
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.
Depending on the issue, this may include your name, contact details, order number, message content, and photographs or videos relating to damaged or defective goods.
Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis may be performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in responding to customer enquiries.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Strictly necessary cookies may be used to:
- provide the shopping cart;
- enable checkout;
- store language preferences;
- provide security functions; and

Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are used only where they are actually enabled in the store and any legally required consent has been obtained.
You can manage your choices through the cookie or privacy settings tool provided on the website. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent certain store functions, including the shopping cart or checkout, from working properly.

- hosting and IT security providers;
- PFC Royal Logistics;

We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration.
11. International Data Transfers
SHOP TEZY'S LLC is established in the United States. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and in countries where Shopify, logistics providers, or their subcontractors operate.
Where the relevant destination country is not covered by an adequacy decision, necessary transfers will be made only on the basis of a legally recognised transfer mechanism or an applicable legal exception.
Depending on the recipient, safeguards may include Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards. You may request information about the safeguards used for a specific transfer by contacting shunsu92@gmail.com.
12. Retention Periods

Following a valid objection, your data will no longer be used for direct marketing.
We currently do not send marketing communications unless the relevant feature has been expressly enabled and any required consent has been obtained.
15. Automated Decision-Making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, unless this is expressly disclosed before the relevant processing and a valid legal basis applies.
Automated security or fraud indicators may be used to support a manual review.
16. Children's Data
Our store is not specifically directed at children.
Individuals who cannot legally enter into a purchase contract under the law applicable to them may place an order only with the consent or assistance of a parent, guardian, or other legal representative.
If you believe that a child has improperly provided personal data to us, contact us at shunsu92@gmail.com.
17. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, unlawful alteration, and unauthorised disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
18. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to websites operated by other providers. The processing of personal data on those external websites is governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers.
Review their privacy information before submitting personal data.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if our processing activities, service providers, or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update. Changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited by law.
