EUROPEAN CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, limits or replaces any mandatory rights available to consumers under the laws applicable in their country of residence.

PRODUCT COMPLIANCE AND SAFE USE

Laser engraving equipment must be installed, operated and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and safety documentation supplied with the product.

Customers must use all required protective equipment and must not look directly at a laser beam or expose other persons, animals or reflective surfaces to laser radiation.

The product must not be operated by children or by any person who has not read and understood the applicable safety instructions.

Customers are responsible for checking whether additional workplace, professional-use or local safety requirements apply to their intended use. This does not limit our responsibility for supplying a product that conforms to the contract and applicable product safety requirements.

DELIVERY

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch and may vary depending on the destination and distance.

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are paid by us.

RETURNS

Eligible EU and EEA consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal. Full conditions are provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area of any mandatory protection provided by the law of the consumer’s country of residence.
