1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
The refund will be made without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Because orders are paid by cash on delivery, a cash refund normally cannot be issued through the original payment method. In that case, the refund will be made by bank transfer after you expressly agree to this refund method and provide the bank details required to complete the transfer. You will not be charged any additional fee for the bank transfer.
After the returned goods have been received and inspected, we normally process the refund within seven days. Mandatory statutory refund deadlines remain unaffected.
3. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date the goods are received.
The return request must be submitted no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. This voluntary return policy does not restrict the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or any other mandatory consumer rights.
To request a return, contact us at shunsu92@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for contacting us. You are not required to give a reason when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
4. Return Method, Return Costs, and Prepaid Return Label
SHOP TEZY'S LLC covers the cost of approved returns, both for returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal and under the voluntary 30-day return policy.
Before sending any goods back, contact us at shunsu92@gmail.com. After reviewing your return request, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label that you can download and print, together with the necessary return instructions.
Do not return goods without prior authorization, send packages with postage due, or pay the return shipping cost yourself unless we have expressly agreed to this with you in writing beforehand.

Because this may be an international return, contact us before shipping the parcel. We will provide the required return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for download and printing. Returns must be sent by post to the return address communicated by us.
6. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, parts are missing, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at shunsu92@gmail.com.
Please provide:
- your name and order number;
- a description of the problem; and
- clear photographs or videos where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.
For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered goods, SHOP TEZY'S LLC will cover the necessary return and handling costs. Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
Your statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly delivered goods are not restricted by this policy or by any additional commercial warranty that may apply.
7. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect the goods to the same extent as would reasonably be permitted in a physical store.
You are responsible for any reduction in value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Your statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.
Where reasonably possible, return all supplied accessories and the original packaging. Missing or damaged original packaging does not automatically exclude your statutory rights.
8. Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery Orders
Because the store offers cash payment upon delivery (cash on delivery/COD), a refund normally cannot be issued through the original cash payment method.
With your express consent, the refund will therefore be made by bank transfer. We will request only the bank details necessary to complete the refund, and only after your return request has been registered through the method communicated by our customer service team. Do not send complete bank details or identity documents unsolicited in your first email.
You will not be charged any additional fee for the bank transfer. After the returned goods have been received and inspected, we normally process the refund within seven days. Mandatory statutory refund deadlines remain unaffected.
Bank details will be used solely to process the refund and comply with applicable legal obligations. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
9. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking, processing, or inspection fee for approved returns.
Any legally permitted deduction for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods is not a restocking fee. Your statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.
10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer voluntary direct exchanges for another product variant. If you would like a different variant, you may return the original order in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered goods, your statutory rights to remedies, including repair or replacement where applicable, remain unaffected.
11. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel or change an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible at shunsu92@gmail.com and provide your order number.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will check whether cancellation or modification is still possible. Cancellation before shipment cannot be guaranteed in every case. The statutory right of withdrawal and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
